Capacity building of Health Care Workers in Public Health remains one of the integral parts of reaching HIV epidemic control. MoHCC together with donors and implementing partners developed a KP Manual, Job Aid and Minimum Service Package to build capacity of health care workers in public health facilities. Capacity building will help our staff provide services without stigma and discrimination. Key Populations are disproportionately affected and infected by HIV hence the need to create a friendly environment where KPs can receive various tailor made services to reduce HIV and link them to treatment.
